Key Banned

Hi Im looking for some help. Have gone to play defcon today and when it checks for authentication its coming up Key Banned?? I have no idea why this is and was only playing yesterday and it worked fine.

Ok following up on my previous post I went to the www.introversion.co.uk/defcon website and the contact us part and sent an e-mail explaining my problem. That was on the date above from my previous post but have still not heard anything so I e-mailed again today with the same message. Would like to check that I'm e-mailing the right place as I'm guessing they will be closed over Crimbo so wont have this fixed till the new year if its not fixed in the next few days:( The options you get are shipping, press, trade and general I chose the general as the other 3 didn't seem appropriated is this right?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
