ok, Steam auth problem...

Did you say that you have Comodo set to Paranoid mode? Sounds like it's being too strict. Have you followed the instructions for setting the games as trusted applications? When you installed the games was Comodo in installation mode?
The above post is not intended as an attack on you. It's not about making you look stupid for not searching. It merely states the facts. Please don't be offended.

Well, I didn't know before so no, I install it via Steam in Secure Mode, which one step higher than Clean PC mode.
BUT : via Steam, installing a game ask nothing from the firewall. So I didn't touch anything since the firewall asked nothing.
IV, or maybe Steam themselves should watch this problem (not for me, I don't care, but for their next games and future players...)
And if you ask this, yes now, my firewall is in Clean PC mode. Default mode when installing Comodo is Secure mode. I don't really want to keep testing this (hard reset is not my friend) but IV should test this bug. Comodo is free (well, mine anyway).
I think the problem is reproductible, now, no? If no, IV can reply there, I'll answer any more detail they want cause "I luv their games"
Feds and Cyberpunk, a long love story
