At what point is an electric bike considered an electric motorcycle?
Under UK law if it’s mechanically assisted, ie. the main motive force comes from the rider, its an electric bicycle, if it’s mechanically propelled by an electric motor then depending on it’s power output it’s either a private light goods vehicle (eg. a car) or a full power motorcycle.

Hello! Should I buy 3 wheel electric scooters?
Why not? They are easy to maintain, do not require registration/insurance and can be parked almost anywhere for free. You can ride them on the highway and their range is good for city driving and they are cheap to run. I am very pleased that I purchased this vehicle.
