A big "Out Of Synchronization" error.

I did in fact see the other synch problem down below, but it's not exactly the same type of problem.

Whenever I join a multiplayer server, no matter what, unless I created the server (In that case it works fine), but if I join a server, it begins to let me join, then for some reason, regardless of whatever mod is running, my screen always comes up with the Great Britain mod map running instead of the default world. Yes, I have no mods currently active, and no mods even installed into Defcon, since I deleted them. I did once have the GB mod, but not any longer. So no mods, and it still does that. Also, I uninstalled Defcon, reinstalled it, and it still happens. So here's what I did, basically:

Deactivated all of my mods
Deleted all of the mods from Defcon
Uninstalled Defcon
Reinstalled Defcon
Problem still there.

I'm not sure if this type of problem requires a whole debug and blackbox report as well as my computer specs, unless that's not just for specifically FPS-related problems, but encompasses the whole spectrum of Defcon-related problems. If I do, just tell me.

Also, the type of Defcon that I currently own is the steam version.

Have you tried to completly remove Defcon directory? (Should be somewhere in [Your Steam directory]\steamapps\common\defcon)
