On windows 10 the traybar is always clickable, which means that if I click any of the icons in the bottom menu "to low" I click the windows traybar instead.
This has been discussed on steam as well https://steamcommunity.com/app/233450/d ... 201736860/
I'm running update 7-c.
Anyone here having the same problem?
[PROBLEM] Windows 10 traybar overlay

Yeah I'm getting this too.
What screen resolution do you use? I've messed with the settings at it seems that if you set it manually to 1920x1080 it works fine, and the taskbar wont come up. Anything over that (for instance my normal resolution on my computer is 2560x1440) and it seems to not work, with the taskbar overlaying whenever you click somewhere on the screen that the taskbar is behind the game. Seems widely reported on steam community, reddit etc.
Disabling DPI scaling in the compatibility options doesn't fix it, but I'm guessing it must be something related?
Hopefully something can be done to fix it.
