Help! My prisoners will not shower

Hello dear fellow prison architects. I have been trying all night long to get my prisoners to shower in their shower! nothing seems to work!

When shower time arrives, the prisoners get into the shower and just stand around for 2 hours. (While wining and somethings fighting over the fact that they WANT TO SHOWER and NEED HYGIENE!) there hygiene need is very high because they never shower. Off course they riot all day because of this.

I tried and checked:

-Deployment (although they dó get into the shower. they just do not actually shower). I tried shared and medium.
-Temperature. I installed a radiator with no effect.
-I actually rebuilt the shower building to no avail.
-Room designation: the tiles under the door are not marked as shower.





Funny note: my other shower (located in the holding cell in the lower right hand side corner) seems to work fine!

Showers need hot AND cold water in order to work. Your problem looks like you haven't supplied them with cold water. Nobody wants to shower with boiling water you know
