What does your deployment view look like? Not having access to a canteen is very different from having no canteen at all---I suspect that there is no valid route.

Thanks, the outside wall at the entrance had no door yet making the prison uncomplete now its fixed..

if it had not been already fixed, i would have pointed out that your perimeter wall or fence is open to the edge of the map, so the prisoners have no clear route to the canteen, at least not one that they would rather escape using.
