Contribution to Introversion
Ok, so I am rounding up the loyal fans who have contributed to Introversion over the years. This includes beta testers so please email state here what contribution you have blessed us with. This information will go towards a credits page which will give recognition to key members of the IV community.

Answer
We would like to put all the contributors onto one page to give homage to a great bunch. This will initially be on the website but have the potential to be on rolling credits for future game releases.

Quiet, you.
The_Goldfish deserves recognition for digging deeply into the modding system of Darwinia.

My point was that I believe those people (The_Goldfish, Jelco, bert) already have that recognition and don't need a silly page with their names on it to make sure 'nobody forgets it'. Also, as I said to NeoThermic on IRC (albeit in other words): I almost find it a bit insulting that you first have to send in a PM to IV for them to know you've 'contributed' something, isn't it rather clear already?
I think that when a new IV staff member joins the crowd, and on IRC says "Leander and Byron just showed me that [the ladder] when i was in da office. Looks awesome Jelco!", that that shows a lot more 'recognition' than a page randomly hosted somewhere summing up some names. I've always had the idea that Introversion itself really was integrated into the community, judging from the lack of distance and the easyness of communication between the two. This seems as if they're taking distance: "We don't know who did what for us, we forgot, please PM us to make us remember".
I wasn't specifically addressing Martin here

Shut up, MaximusBrood. Please. Otherwise, find a shovel -- it will help you dig faster. The people who are deserving of recognition know who they are, and are no doubt pleased with the recognition that they get from IV and the community. However, what harm is some additional acknowledgement?
Also, Rkiver, for treating Uplink n00bs with the respect that they deserve.

I maintain(ed) the Darwinia FAQ thread... I participated in most of the betas... And I think it was I who, during the Defcon beta, suggested the White team color be replaced with Orange...
And it was my design, created by myself in Photoshop, that was used as the official desktop icon for Defcon for the first few months after its release, after which it was replaced by a thoroughly more awesome design. <3
Oh, and I posted that interview transcription on the forums. Which crashed the forums momentarily.

Some people talk because they have something to say. Others talk because they have to say something.
