Mad Multiwinia Mondays! The voice is kinda 'Red Queen' chilling scary, "You're all going to die down here."

I can foresee Domination battles lasting for days :)

If they did last for days, I'd be a more rabid advocate of the "Call for ceasefire and put the dead in boxkites" option.

Actually I think it really adds to the atmosphere of the whole thing, I'm not sure why. Anyway, I really really like it - the professional attitude is overwhelming. Just two words: ANTI ALIASING!

I loved it as well. Very well put together.

/me adds something else to Monday expectations (mainly consisting of "whee! new LFG")

If I might make one small comment, vis a vis the two pages of the manual: in all of the descriptions, the DGs are called "multiwinians," yet in the description of trunkports, it refers to the "Darwinian world." Should that be "Multiwinian world"?

Well, the "About Multiwinia" section still calls the world Darwinia and mentions that Multiwinians are basically tribal Darwinians. So it is not technically wrong.

Also, I'd say there's a pretty decent chance that the manuals have already been printed, so pedantry isn't going to help anyway. :P

Cruel IV, now I just want it more.

Also, I thought the voice was weird at the start, but when you think about it, no other type of voice would have worked. *Warning, Philosophical content* It projects innocence where there is none.

MikeTheWookiee is probably correct. Well, at least some manuals are printed, as I have one. Don't worry yourselves though. It consistently calls the fellows 'Multiwinians'. :)

As for the Multiwinia Monday. Can I suggest using a video container other than QuickTime's? The problem is finding a viable alternative. How about .flv? Unfortunately that requires Flash, but that's probably a bit less irritating than having to have QuickTime installed.

I'm wondering if I missed something here, manual-wise that is.

As for the video - I love the portal-trailerish style in the beginning. Have to say I second the anti-aliasing, but if that's not going to be a feature in the final game (why not?), it might count as false marketing, so ...

Also - the url http://www.multiwinia.com/domination just redirects to the main Multiwinia page.
