I just got COD4 for the PS3 but I'm struggling to keep up with the singleplayer. Never been an expert with FPS. Looks good though. I love Warhawk, but those combat dynamics are generalised and flying the warhawks are just too much fun.

Crysis is a game from the future, hence you have to actually purchase a computer from the future to play it. The marketing is ALL A GREAT HOAX!! Crysis is coming out in the year 2014. Crytek actually made a time machine, went to 2016, made the game there and brought back all these impossible screenies. They are ganged up with Microsoft and Nvidia to sell brand new PCs so you think you can play the game - WHICH YOU CAN'T!!!

One day I will bring a nuclear device to all the hardware producers and Msoft and demand they hand over the best pimpcomputers at once. And then tell them all to get in line and suck my cock.

Crysis is the biggest system hog since Supreme Commander (and to a slightly lesser extent F.E.A.R.). I guess that's about the worst way to introduce a game to the market, since every reviewer advises people to wait for two years, until the moment when a Crysis-conquering system becomes affordable.

The game itself is very good, but above issues don't make it very popular on my side.

COD4 is a great game as well, although I liked the old WWII environments (from the previous games) somewhat better. It just feels like how Battlefield 2 was such a dramatic change after the (far better) earlier games. Neither COD4 or BF2 have been able to live up to my expectations. The previous games in both series were better. Period.

In short, I won't buy either game anytime soon, but if I'd have to vote, I'd go for Modern Warfare. It just runs better on my system, and playing with 60 fps is far better playable than 20

I have lost interest in FPS games recently...I will play HL2 Episode 2 sometime soon just to catch up with the characters and the story, but nothing else holds my interest...

I tried the Crysis demo to see exactly how badly my PC (P4, 2gig, 7800GTX) would cope and I wasn't disappointed...it defaulted to low settings (which looks worse than Far Cry), was almost playable on medium settings (but still looked worse than Far Cry) and became a slideshow on high.

It did seem to be just another FPS though...

Here's hoping multiwinia doesn't need a quad core, 2x8800GTX type system

 Building is much better than 'ordering', unless you ordered all the parts for your new PC to build later.

Actually the best solution is to wait until "Crysis capable"'s price goes down.

Thing is I could get Crysis for $36AU on ebay. In Thai but can easily be converted to english. so the real thing is the gameplay good enough for this? I know I can play it at around medium low settings.
