possible bug on gmeplay

i have a problem: in a frame for data dwestruction mission. when i enter the server to delete all the files, i found that the server is withouth the files. is this a bug?
i completed all storylines mission and i think that revelation deleted all the files on all the servers.
also, all the frame for data destruction mission says that i have to eliminate the files of the same server agian and again. is this also a bug?

In some cases a mission will ask you to delete files, which are already deleted. In that case you can go to the console in the server in question and do "cd usr" and then delete.
Then alter the logs as required.

You should be able to complete it that way, it's not a bug per say.
