I think that if you search you'll find something on it here from before. I do recall someone saying that they might have downloaded it or something.

He's asking who made it, not where can he download it.

There are several different artists, none of whom I've heard of before or since.

Understood, however, I just figured that chances are, whoever has these files available for download most likely has the tracks named.

However, that links to a zip file that is quite large, and could take a long time, especially if he has a 56K modem, so the info would have been more useful.
