Bank Transfer failed!

Seems I'm the only one who has this problem, cause I didn't find anything about it.

I logged into an user bank-account, tried to transfer money from his to my account.
Used the Proxy- and Monitor Bypass v5.
Filled in the fields correctly (Bank IP, account number, and amount)
Then this message appear (may not be exactly, cause I play the german version):
"Transfer failed! Please contact the administrator"

So, anyone has an idea?

I also tried to transfer money from my account to another account of mine. Same problem.

If anyone knows the answer please post it here.
Otherwise I don't feel to play the game any longer

The only possibility I can think of is that you didn't type the IP address or bank account number correctly.

It' all correct.
For example:
Bank IP from Terra Inc.: 377.223.93.235
acc-no: 5999653

What could be wrong?

Good one for actually searching before posting a topic, you have earned at least a modicum of respect for doing so.

Now you already stated you double checked the IP of the bank you are transferring the money into, and the account number, and you have put in the correct amount of credits.

Only thing I can actually think of is perhaps a bug in the system. What version of Uplink are you using? Have you upgraded to the latest patch and created a new user? The usual questions.

I'm using the latest version 1.3 for the german game.
Seems a patch doesn't exist. Tried to patch it with the english 1.31 patch, couldn't get it to start though.
De- and installed it 2 times, but still no chance.

I know it exists, I found their website. They also don't mention IV anywhere. I'm going to email them about it, and if they don't reply I'll call them monday evening. I'm curious and as the resident German in the IRC channel I'm qualified...

I`ve got also the german Version and have the same Problem - the English-Version runc correct. That`s a problem from German 1.3

Its very angrily. I played it for one hour and now I cant pay my retribution? 25 Euro for one hour ... Expensive Game!

There is another thread round somewhere about problems with the german version, and an answer from someone from the publisher, however, my german is not good enough to translate what he said, and I can't remember where it was, so you'll have to find it yourself.

Found it, allready. Thx. I hope there will not occur further bugs, as someone said. Very Interesting game and I would be very disappointed.
