Help - Voice analyser

Hey,
I have WinXP and i got the patch 1.31. I try to record with the voice analyser to complete a mission but its not recording anything...how it works? You start the voice analyser and you just speak right?
Help please

You start the voice analyzer, then you call the phone of the person who'se voice you want recorded. When the process has been completed the program will notify you, and you can disconnect from the phoneline. Now DON'T close the Voice Analyzer... It will erase the voice data if you do.

The only missing part of the voice analysing process is to find the phone number of the server admin.

You connect to the bank ip, click about and then click the + next to the admins number to add it to your list. then just call it and wait.
