Menu graphical error

I'm having some problems in the main menu...

As you can see the background Multiwinian is messed up.
First time in the main menu everything is fine, but once I play a game and come back to the menu, it's messed up.
The rotating multiwinian when loading will also get messed up after the first game.
When I get close to Multiwinians ingame they also look messed up.
If I restart the game, it's fine again.

At first I thought it might be my drivers or something, so I downloaded the new ones but I'm still have the problem.
This computer uses an ATi Radeon HD 2900 XT card, my other ATi cards haven't had any problems.
I'm on Windows XP

That is my problem EXACTLY and it's been resolved. (atleast for me)
