Heh, if it's not worth a reboot into windows then you really are just lazy then aren't you MTW? I thought that you at least were cursed with a Mac that couldn't even run Windows and yet you can, so there's nothing to stop you playing the game on your Mac except that you can't be arsed.... *claps slowly*

I think you came from that alternate reality where all games come out for all platforms at the same time, and are simply not coping with this one.

That sounds like a fun alternate reality, I imagine it's the one where Lenin didn't die and the world ended in a Communist Utopia of equality for all?

Wait, no, that's my alternate reality. *runs away*

I move that he be known as Mega Troll Wanker, unless someone else has a better suggestion. I will leave the floor open for discussion.

Do you have any idea how large of a problem the Defcon problem was to solve? Do you have any idea at all? Please, humour me with an answer.

And I must get a whip and cyan hairdye...

No, WAIT!

A lot of fuss is being made over one guy that is more busily whining that being a potential customer here. I'll say my piece and piss into the ocean of piss:
Someone who boycotts a product is only saying one thing: "I don't want it". If that someone is representative of a demographic, IV would have every reason to think "Fuck selling to them, they won't buy it". That isn't helping anyone. "But they're getting it sooner!"... yeah, welcome to Europe and console ownership, more commonly known as "Land of the Wearing Patience". "One year because of serious technical problems"? Try "Import only because Nintendo are cunts".

If they do sell the game here, however, you musn't forget the extra cost for "translation" (en-US to en-GB is *so* difficult! I mean we write using totally identical alphabets, grammar constructs and words! (save the occasional 'u')), "Tax", and the amazing one from Adobe "The price [of our software] is priced according to the average cost of software in the area" (translation: we pay more because they say so).

I would have suggested the Mac port of Wine. But, alas, I bet he's too idiotic to update X11 to a working version.
