There is of course Global Domination by psygonosis. That's quite cool, very much in the arcade mode of giving victory to the best clicker, although there is a fair ammount of thinking involved.

BTW, one needs to click "Radioactive" to see the game mentioned above. Wow, that does look nearly exactly like Defcon! I'm a bit flabbergasted actually, as the concept also seems to be relatively similar. Hope there isn't any allegation of intellectual piracy (from either side)!

I really just wanted to say "piracy" in a post...

Edit:

I actually looked more closely at Radioactive and Domination (its predecessor). Really, all it seems to be is a jazzed up version of Scorched Earth (or a Vector version of Worms, whichever you prefer). The only similarity is artistic.

It's far to Defcon, because you fight with only 4 countries, but it's kinda cool. You have subs, nukes, bio rockets. Unfortunately, you must pay for full version, but i think it's worth it. I bought a full version, you can build some thing a'la Goldeneye in it.
