Started playing Uplink again a few days ago and it has crashed a few time, seemingly randomly.
I am using the OS mod, but I'm not sure if that's related.
The pop-up just says to inform here that it crashed.
If there's a bug report to be found somewhere I can share, I'm more than happy to do so.

There are different bugs in Uplink which might cause crashes, and sometimes crashes might be caused by incompatibility with other software (including the operating system) installed, and you didn't say anything about your setup.
As for the bug reports, both Uplink and UplinkOS aren't developed anymore, so it would be pointless to report anything. Uplink source code is available, but because of copyright or most likely just lack of motivation from anyone, it might be difficult to build on modern systems, at least on GNU/Linux, and there are no real "unofficial patches".
