There's a new bug

I don't know if this is the right place to comment about it but there's a kinda important tool in the game that no longer works.

When you check developer options 'tools and cheats enabled' the only thing that works (of the f 1-12) after selecting it is f3 which doesn't really do much.
with this, auto-build the tool that instantly builds whatever you place is turned off as well and I cant access the f menu to open it and enable it.
I don't know if this is specific to me, but it would be great if you could check it out.

also, to note. I have no mods enabled. and I re-installed the game.

Building stuff in general doesn't work as I've come to find. because of the auto delivery feature (no need for delivery vehicles, just places objects in deliveries area) I guess it assumes that all is well and is working fine when it isn't
