[WIP]Darwinia in DooM (Mod)

Man it's been a loooooooong time since I've been here. I've been over at (G)ZDoom's place making mods for the past several years and I have to say, it's been fantastic. The OpenGL renderer in particular is coming along nicely, having recently added flat sprites within the past few months which means I can finally implement darwinians into Doom.

What inspired this? I was recently browsing through my steam games looking to play some oldies and I found Darwinia, one of my classic all time favorites. I remembered how Chris used the doom pinky demon sprites in one of his developer diaries to represent the darwinians in a very early alpha.

Things have now officially come full circle.

Hell, the OpenGL renderer even has things like bloom in it. No distortion waves yet though, someday... Still, that's only visual goodness.

This is still very much a WIP and I've only recently begun it.
