I have a little concern about the arrival of prisionners (fill capacity) . I bounded normal security and high security zones. I still have four free cells in normal security and 4 high security, yet we still sending me 6 in normal security and 2 high security. with this problem I find myself with prisionniers pending. Is there a patch or a tip for the number of prisionier come according to their assigned cell?

The 'fill capacity' option does not yet take specialised cell blocks into account, meaning you will need to adjust the ratio sliders yourself.
