Game is running slower

So I've updated the game last night and found that its running slower than before the update ...

Is anyone else seeing this ? Perhaps its time for me to upgrade my PC.

I felt (if anything) a little of the opposite in my game.. certainly no slowdown here I think.

Yup, restarted PC a few times and tried playing offline...

maybe its my PC
