[Suggestion] Limited Ammo for the Lighter

Now, I know nobody loves a nerf, but the Lighter still is the most unbalanced object in Escape Mode. There shouldn't be enough fuel in a tiny lighter to set an entire prison on fire. While it has received some decrease in it's power, it's still the tool of the first day escape from any Warden who was foolish enough to leave his Physiologist's office open for Alcohol/Drugs therapy. Then you just set a lot of things on fire, hang around as guards usually avoid it, and pick off the fire crews so they can't stop it.

So really, shouldn't the 'ammo' for the lighter just be limited, to say, twelve fires? Still enough for it to be a powerful tool, but not enough that you can basically sprint for the prison setting fire to everything.

As said in some other thread, I'd rather see it having a seriously increased recharging time.

While that isn't true for real lighters, it would still be impossible to set a prison (a building with thick walls, most fitments made of metal, no curtains, etc.) on fire on various spots within seconds in reality. You'd have to care for your fire for a pretty while to make it survive. Afterwards, you could go on with the next fire, there's enough fuel to start hundreds of them. Just not within 10 seconds.

Alternatively (or better, additionally), a fire started by a lighter could have a chance to die before it spreads or destroys things. Then you'd have to start, let's say, 10 fires before one actually spreads. The guards would be alarmed by your first try, though. This way there would be the possibility to burn down the prison, but it would have a much higher chance to fail.

Also agreeing some nerfing or added risk is needed here; like your 'better' suggestion best...
And would limit it to 100~200 uses randomly as (cheap) lighters break often!
edit: Also combined with this: http://forums.introversion.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=91&t=55807 doable suggestion and the thing will balance better!

edit2: a balanced random fire/lighter nerfer should be attainable via a scripted object, with not much work by yours truly... will keep you posted on progress :D (will be a week at least, other mods have precedence)
