Backed in 2012 - never got email for Steam key?

Hi there, I backed the game back in 2012 with the "name in game" tier, and I've been on-off following the game since then. I just found out that the game has officially entered Alpha and on Steam, and that backers can get a steam key. However, I received no such email, and I have no idea how to redeem it. What should I do? Thank you!
