This isn`t a G6 controled tour Zochin. We are just hosting the server. Otherwise this is my side project. As for rule changes I will anounce them today sometime soon when I weigh out my options.

Group 6 admins will make their decision. If they dismiss the new rules and the games made after the new rules, I think equivalent noob will have no problem with it. So be calm, VSj.

Umm... what? Was there actually something in what I wrote that made you think I'm not being calm? I just wanted to point out that I agree with the quoted parts of what Endless and Rad Poison said. I'm sure the people to whom I referred by noobs equivalent to first-timers have no problem with anything... they most likely won't even know about the tournament, right?

Edit: What I meant is that the problem, if there is one, is that the score you get in a game where all players are participating in the tournament (presumably taking things seriously) is imho, at least in principle, not to be directly compared to the score you get in a game where possibly all of the other players are playing their first game and have absolutely now idea of what's going on.

I don't see the point of sticking to the old rules if they eventually kill the tourney. Allowing only registered players to get in the tour will make sure that those players care enough for the game to find and register on forum. And imo, by extension, they're likely to have at least a basic idea how to play.

The Tournament will stay on its current course. Changing rules a second time will lose face & legitimacy of this Tournament.

• A tournament game may only be played on G6 | Diplomacy in Action
  
• The player participation on the tournament server is automatically in the tournament knowing or not.
  
• All participated players will have there scores/stats listed weather they win or not.
  
• No limits on games, score count will be your best three.

A lot of games are being played, its not required to post screenshots anymore as the G6 website automaticly calculates your scores, and logs your statistics. Dimelow is the lead btw!

Thanks to VSj this tournament got much more simpler at least for me. :p
