Finding out the escape points
Is it possible to find out where prisoners are escaping from?

Erm...as in you have prisoners escaping? If it is by tunnels then you can find the tunnel exit on the map, normally on the edge of your prison.
If you see the red warning triangle when they are escaping then they have a door/gap in the wall/non-walled off area to run out from.
My early mistakes were letting cleaners go outside the prison (as it wasn't marked as staff only) and then they just run for it

Re: Finding out the escape points
Try a issuing a shake down for the prison to see if your guards can track down any tunnels?
Re: Finding out the escape points
Shakedowns works well but correct me if am wrong, but of you use search cell block there is more chance to find the tunnels.

Notice how the intelligence page that the game track the route of the contraband being found in your prison. Similar feature of tracking the escapes would be really useful.
I'm using air locks that has three doors with door servo. Inside and outside door are controlled remotely and in between door is based on a nor logic control, from the two doors. There is slight time delay between the logic gate so you need to make some distance between the doors. mine is about 12 cells far each.
