Up to viewtopic.php?p=568199#p568199 is done.

If a small change is requested in an issue with severity set to "tweak" and it doesn't look like something needs to be implemented, but it's more like a configuration change, then I think "tweak" severity is good for it. Distinguishing between tweaks and features may be helpful when considering scope of a version (typically one can do 10 tweaks per day or one feature for a week and this must affect priority).

According to my calculations, we have closed 1261 issues, but this doesn't count the features which had their severity set properly, so we have clearly done more.

New motherbug:
Regarding the A22 video, wow. I didn't quite expect that :) I need to stress that what we did here was a team effort: Mazetar, for example, closed more issues than I did. I think we can still help IV, despite BugBash-1 being over.

It was a team effort, but every team needs a leader and motivator which is a job you'd done incredible good!
So I'd say their praise to you where well deserved mate :)

As for continuing to help IV after this BugBash I'm of course up for that.
Haven't been able to do anything while on vacation so I'm eager to join in again once I return home :)

I feel this topic is very important in the cleaning efforts of the Mantis Bug Tracker, therefore the topic title will be renamed from "Mantis spring cleaning - you can help too!" to "Mantis clean up - you can help too!"

The topic will also be stickied, and can be un-stickied at the request of Reef, or until the tracker has been sufficiently cleared of most duplicates / resolved issues.

Cheers!

Can someone fix the change log in mantis? the fixed bugs are not put to the released list.

Additionally I see that there is a mismatch in Alpha numbering.

Prison Architect Alpha 22 - released 27th Jun.

In mantis:
Prison Architect - Alpha-22 (Released 2014-05-30)

and that was 21

Are you suggesting the "BugBash-1-Verified" reports be changed to being resolved in Alpha-22? I've considered this myself, but would probably want to converse with IV first. There's also the issue about what to do with some "BugBash-1-Test" reports that don't seem to be entirely resolved. Any ideas? Ideally we'd want to still have traceability that these were intended for BugBash-1/Alpha-22, but weren't entirely successful (or at least those responding don't seem to think so). Dropping them off resolved may make this unclear, but then again, I hate to open even more reports linked back to these. There's also the issue that Chris has already included both lists for the Alpha-22 announcement and video.

I wouldn't worry about this, plus I don't think us humble updaters can change this. So long as they reports are organized by release, the dates on Mantis aren't important.

No Dvorak support for PA:

http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=2167 (should be closed)
http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=4006

I believe Report 4006 is a better description of the overall problem with PA and multiple keyboard support. 2167 should be closed

They are related to each other, but this is not the same bug. One is for support of Dvorak in general and the other is for detection of changes of keyboard layout during gameplay. I guess the first does no longer occurs, because the description of the second clearly states that the support of Dvorak is fine in the first phase of the test (unless it works on linux but doesn't on Mac, of course).

We have a new motherbug: 0005292: Issues with game speed

Things are slow now because RGeezy911 and Mazetar are on some kind of vacation and we are working on surprises with Pruvan.

Is it possible to close issues we raised ourselves?

I've got 3x issues I raised a long time ago (over a year ago) that I can't reproduce in latest bugbash 1-j so would like to close them so it doesn't distract you guys.

gquipster: please list the issue numbers that you have opened or give us links to them, so that we can close them for you :)
