[Suggestion] Psyc Ward

A new level of security, the psychic security level, in that security level the clothing is white, the prisoners are wierd and mentally ill, prisoners in the psyc ward are being put down by drugs or tasers, is rare occasions they will use brutal force to handle a prisoner.

if anyone has seen prison break, especially the devs, youll know what i mean
