I'll test it out on both win7x64 and linux Ubuntu13.04x64.
Should give a solid confirmation :)

Did the debug/log file contain any info about the crash?

I've tested the R3 -> R7 Assignments and can confirm what RGeezy911 stated above.
Result: EXACTLY like RGeezy911's post.
Tested using version BugBash-1a linux steam on Ubuntu 13.10 - 64bit.

R4_#3237 - Existing Prisoners will not be reassigned "shared" security cells.
- Guards did NOT escort prisoners, the only jobs in the list where to open doors for prisoners.

R5_#39
Can confirm the scrolling bug, I would assume it's a new bug. It's only the Prisoner and Staff sections which are affected by the bug. Scrolling works fine on all other panels.
Edit: Seems like there's a known bug about this, some say it was fixed in Alpha-21 but then it's back in BugBash-1 if it ever was fixed
http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=3424

Solitary Crash
Seems to only happen if you de-zone valid Solitary cells. As inn, it has all requirements satisfied.
No blackbox.txt

Reproduce: Always.
1. Start a new map.
2. Build a 1x1 solitary cell.
3. Wait til the cell is done with all requirements meet.
4. De-zone the cell
5. Crash.

I'm done processing for now did not do all!
Found several additional bugs while working. That took a while!

I have only updated the issues from ABOVE this post by Plumay viewtopic.php?p=566794#p566794
Everything below that, INCLUDING Plumay's POST is NOT UPDATED.

I'm starting to work on the rest of the list.
Starting with the post by Plumay.

@Reef:
Could we make a list in the first post of all the mother bugs we have?
That way it would be easy for us to remember what we already have motherbugs for when the amount grows larger.
And it makes linking up issues to them easier as well :)

Edit:
Created a motherbug for Spelling mistakes and grammatical errors:
http://bugs.introversion.co.uk/view.php?id=4459
I've also clarified the summary/names of the issues so they are understandable.

These are all sett to Severity Text and Priority Low. I don't expect any of them to be a priority or bothered with at this moment.
But it's easy to fix so it may be fixed suddenly or already be fixed :)

Okay DONE.
I've completely lost count of how many bugs have been crushed by these lists.
Probably 150% of the number of issues listed, as many of them got me onto groups of duplicates and made me crush even more than listed :D

GOOD JOB FOLKS!

As for the crash, file a new bug, set it to related of the one that fixing caused it and alert John that they introduced a fatal regression by the secret channel.

I have counted until viewtopic.php?p=566794#p566794 and we are at about 546 fixed issues. I am still counting.

They said that we are going to get more often updates than before during this month. I personaly doesn't mind if they make the usual "last days of the month" update.

What's important is to clear those bugs. =)
