Chris Challenged to a FIGHT!

What's up Mark! No more space-colonization DLC for you anymore!! (he mentioned he would love to do stuff like this eventually somewhere in an interview..)

I find it quite shockingly how close the art and presumably style of play has been copied from PA.. But whatever, curious to see what game will do best, I have FAITH in you Chris!!!! GOO CHRIS!!!

Seems nice game with PA engine and models. Looking forward to buy that game as well..

Its weird why Chris wont add Guard killing to prisoners ability while in that game, marines have the ability to shoot and kill..

It was made in a completely separate engine with art inspired by PA.

I suggest heinous recriminations for these misleading, Daily Mail-esque thread titles.

Interesting.. That game looks pretty cool.. not as smooth as pa engine wise but the concept is awesome and the map is huge..

I was thinking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Go_%28game%29 on the pa engine would look good and be relatively easy to do.

And you'd be wrong to say that. None of the art is identical to that in PA.

Still, I really feel like this is the type of thing law is in place for... That game is an absolute rip-off. Not saying it's a bad game, it might even be better than PA, but they can't be more blunt except maybe saying "we stole all our ideas from PA". Maybe not even then.

The law say it doesn't have to be identical to consider stolen. For instance the word pod in Germany is spell different and means egg. A company create a device that would allow user make microwave hard blow eggs. and they call it I-pod meaning egg. Cleave and well different. Courts disagreed and apple won. So it would be up to the courts, so really unless Introversion sues there is really no way of knowing whether I am right or wrong.

I don't think Chris is the kind to sue, it will be nice to have some competition going, maybe Chris can steal back some of there ideas.
