Can you post a lot more detail about the computer you're running? Probably helpful to know the type of Mac, the RAM you have installed, the graphics card it has, how much graphics memory, and what version of the OS.

You can find all that by popping up to the Apple menu top left, then selecting About This Mac.

Cheers! :)

Nice one, that should help someone more technically minded than me answer with some authority :)

The 128 mb radeon is probably the bottleneck here. I'm not sure if there is a way to run PA with its current (alpha) status on this system. Maybe closer to release when the game is optimized, it will run. Looking at the minimum specs, you may be out of luck:

Processor:2009 era Macbook Pro, Core2 Duo processor
Memory:4 GB RAM
Hard Drive:100 MB HD space
Graphics:Nvidia 8600 / Radeon equivalent (2009 era)

Hey there,

Not angry here but this is a problem I am experiencing too. I can still play the game like normal but it adds a new level of complication when your guards are an invisible texture. Thorwan, you seem to know something haha.
My Comp Specs are as follows.

Mid 2009 computer Mac Book Pro.

Intel Core i7 speed of 2.7GHz w/2 cores
Memory: 8 GB

Graphics:
Intel HD Graphics 3000

I feel as though my computer should be able to handle this but am unsure. Other than waiting around or just messing around with the game has anybody been able to actually do anything? Not complaining here, Just looking for an answer.

There seems to be a problem with Intel HD3000/4000 graphics, it's already been reported in the bug tracker (Issue #0001137). It has also been reported to the forums quite a few times. I'm not sure what the problem is. If it is driver related, you could try playing it via bootcamp. If it is related to the graphics memory, lower resolutions and deactivating filtering in the game options could make it work. If that doesn't work, you'll have to wait for Introversion to fix it…
