No issues. I switch the trackpad to click in the corner though

Weird. I have the apple wireless keyboard (German layout). I'm using the latest version of mountain lion, but I don't have any problems on my Snow Leopard MacBook Pro either.

In addition, have you tried another keyboard? Is the keyboard that you are using working in other contexts? Does your mouse work with Prison Architect? What, exactly, is going wrong?
