Save game request: Stuck prisoners
Hello,
Could anyone send me a .prison save file that contains some stuck prisoners? Specifically handcuffed prisoners trapped in the medical ward. This is obviously a common bug but I haven't been able to reproduce it yet. Please share it on Prison Exchange or upload it to the wiki, or just email it to me.

Thanks!

I don't have the save anymore since that prison was messed up anyway and I started over, but I know exactly how to reproduce the way how two prisoners got stuck in my case:
I deleted the standard Delivery zone and added a new one almost at the top of the map (I left 2 squares free since I already noticed that pathfindig does not work correctly near the edge of the map). When my first prisoners were delivered, there were not enough guards to bring all of them to their cells at once, so some of the new inmates were left standing on the side of the road. I was constructing the next cell block at the same time and my Workmen were busily running aroung in the delivery zone collecting stuff. Some of the workmen pushed the prisoners into the "Dead Zone" near the border of the map and when the guards had finally put the first bunch of prisoners in their cells, they couldn't find a path to two of the guys still standing at the entrance. The guards decided to give up after some time, so the two poor souls were left standing handcuffed on the sidewalk for all eternity.

When you say "trapped" do you mean the thing where they physically cannot move out of the bed even if a guard is trying to escort them to their cell? I've repro'd that one rarely with medical beds (tho guards are extremely prone to being stuck in med beds), and rarely with beds in cells with prisoners not being able to leave even though they're not even cuffed.
If you mean the thing where the prisoner is just forgotten by guards forever, I can pretty easily send that along after tonight's riots.

I have a save where the prisoners are cuffed on the transport, and time to time the guards go out to get a prisoners but take an invisible (no prisoner) and escort to the cell but nothing happens. I think i know how to reproduce this. I did a dumb thing, i searched the prisoners on the transport outside, and when i found items, they got cuffed but the time is never counted since its outside and the prisoner never gets a cell.
Can send it if you want, even that it was not what your requested

I have no idea what causes the problem, but I know how to fix it.
In the save files the affected prisoners will have a "Locked True" attribute. Simply removing the line or setting it to false instantly fixes them when you load the save. All I can think is that the trigger for unlocking the prison mysteriously doesn't occur - presumably the fact they are locked is to disable their AI so they don't wander off whilst their bein escorted or chained to their beds.
