I would probably agree if you were saying it of Uplink. But this game hasn't even been released yet. There are so many levels to the game that haven't even been thought of, let alone discussed, we seriously can't already be thinking of overhauling it just for a few aesthetic changes, surely?

Why not think about the future of it? There isn't exactly mountains of information to go over considering how early the game is so I see no reason not to wonder about post-release just because it's alpha. We're going to get there eventually so might as well talk about things that might be possible to do when PA is released.

I was thinking the other day I would love to see more simulation games based on the Prison Architect system. One of which I was thinking of was a shopping center. In which it was built around a campaign which started in the 1900s, then you work your way up to 2010 and onwards and after that you get to see decline etc at certain points and have to do certain things to ensure that people go to your shopping center instead of going online.

A School like suggested in the OP would be amazing.

So what I'm gathering is besides just a different version of the game as in your case the supermarket you'd like things such as economic trouble, shortages, technology upgrades etc. to be a factor instead of everything that happens happens on your area?
