With a complete disregard for money (I exploited workshops immensively to get a good starting budget) I started designing a true "large" prison. After a few hours of work and an incredible amount of frame drop (and pathfinding/job bugs) I finally managed to finish my project. At one point my workmen broke down completely, defying the laws of time and space. They could spend hours standing in place working on a job - slowing the game down to a crawl was equally fast.
I give you - McMellon Correctional Facility.
I am particularly proud of how the garbage/utility area came out. All it needs are some white stripes for the road.

If a prisoner is carrying a hidden weapon while passing these, a "search" job is applied to them automatically - your guards still need to find time to search them though.

I "think" it was nearing 56 capacity - I had to force quit the game at the end and the last autosave was a while back.
