[Bug]Door rules don't stop prisoners
It seems that the rule "staff only" doesn't stop prisoners. I have designed a building combining canteen and kitchen, with two external doors ; one of these external doors is a classic door on the kitchen part with the rule "staff only" and the other door is a large jaildoor on the canteen part. Between the two parts of the building I set up another classic door with the rule "staff only". And what I saw is that prisoners went to the canteen through the kitchen...

I have just loaded my game and I can say that no, the prisoners don't need to sneak when the staff goes through the door. The door opens itself when a prisoner comes alone.
Here is a screenshot showing two prisoners going through the internal door of the building. The two cooks are just wandering in the kitchen.
The savegame has been made few moments prior to the screenshot.

You are not alone on this one, I witnessed one of my prisoners walk into the kitchen on their own and proceed to attack my cooks.
I have prisoners with a requirement for comfort going to the Offices and sitting on the nice chairs even when there's already an occupant in the room and the (standard) door says staff only. This may be because they were office doors I'm not sure.
To be honest I usually completely seal-off my administration area usually behind a separate wall with a jail gate which usually works just fine so maybe it's as I've been a bit lax this time and they're office doors.
However I've had a prisoner go to the kitchen and get a knife before, again staff only and I don't believe he tail-gated. I used to always put jail doors on cells but now I no longer bother as even set to staff only the prisoners just open them as and when they please.
Not sure if these are working as intended, but to my mind just seems a bit odd.

As a note there is a pretty common bug where doors stick open sometimes permanently.
Now I've only seen doors 'everyone' can use glitch stuck open but it is quite feasible that doors designated as 'staff only' could well be getting stuck too. Can't say I've seen it firsthand but it could well be how there getting in places. Can anyone back this up or has no-one had it happen to them on staff doors?
