well if you keep connecting and disconnecting at home your IP will change every time. That's what I'm doing - but don't forget to clear cookies.

No, SBC gives me the same IP every time. But, I am not at home, so it doesn't really matter.

But I always check my emails! In fact, I have a firefox extension that checks my email every five minutes.
The only possible thing is that the mail has gone directly into the spam folder, which is odd because I check that folder as well.
