I think all 3 mods are cool, they just needed what you guys are doing right now. Scripts and plot and proper objectives. Isn't creating the level in the first place half the job ? It'll turn out to be a nice mod i'm sure.

Updated The Deserts mod to 0.91

(martin. upped version number so people know its a new version, also altered the readme included with new version number in filename and in text.)

edit// also deleted the thumbs.db files from the archive to save some size.

were the dr.sepulveda pics needed ? (don't know if they are same or not)

Also, just noticed you removed a level. Good job, it crashed every time for me. :) Gonna play this mod thru again now. But is it being bundled into the "Big Mod" ?

I assume the plan was to make it a big trilogy, rather than concatinate them, which could be possible but would be a bad idea...

i assumed they were being glued together, but a seperate trilogy is just fine.

It is three separate mods that roughly follow on from each other (with some time passing in the middle)
Also, sticking the three together would make a MASSIVE mod.

Yeah, but you already had 3 mods, then announced it as the "Big MOD". How could we not think they were going into 1. And it'll be big, thats true, but does that stop things working ? Or make things unmanagable ? Or cause game problems ?

Anyway, no matter. 3 seperate is cool and i'm awaiting em all :)

Are they being done in the order they are supposed to be played ? Is MainSys part 1 ?

Mods go in mod list. But what i can do, is list it as

The Big Mod Pt1 - Maintenance Sys * NEW *
The Big Mod Pt2 - The Deserts * COMING SOON *
The Big Mod Pt3 - Civil War * COMING SOON *

keeps the 3 together, makes them stand out, and makes sure you get the next 2 parts finished too :)

I downloaded and checked the version of the mod you're hosting. As far as I can tell edit it is the version Martin should not have submitted

I'm reviewing the changes made to the mod by Martin. I can tell you he added an unrotated and unlinked control tower to Haven, which will, obviously, make the game crash when the player captures it - ie, I don't think he even tested this worked before compressing and submitting it to you, and I'm sorry your time was wasted by having to update the file you've hosted.

I'm lost...

what updated in the last few seconds ? i've had one version sent to me, from Martin via email. Its the one i uploaded.

Is the one i'm hosting ok or not ?

To be absolutely sure, please name the mods BigModPt1-MaintenanceSys, BigModPt2-TheDEserts etc...

And 1 final note. Please see my spelling of Maintenance. Its not Maintanence. Makes no odds ingame, but the filename at least could be correct ?

I'll keep an eye out in this thread and on my emails :)

No, the version you have is not OK, please do not upload anything at this time.

Also, the spelling of the mod is nothing to do with me, nor are typos in level names etc.
