Hey folks, I wrote this for y'all. It's a little original arcade game with a retro feel.
Play it, and tell me what you think!

It's a space-shooty type game with a difference. Or to be precise, many differences. Firstly, you're invulnerable. The only way to lose this game is to let the meter on the right, the Calm meter, reach the top. You do this by shooting the asteroids falling from the top of the screen. Secondly, there's no levels, it's neverending. You're playing purely for score here folks. The amount of points you get for each target is proportional to how many direct hits without missing you've had. (This is called a chain) The moment a bullet hits the top of the screen, you Chain will drop to zero.
Thirdly, and most importantly, you can COLLECT the asteroids in certain ways and they will give you various powerups.

Oh, and I sucked at HyperCalm before all the kids were into it. HyperCalm used to be cool.

Boo, playing time about 15 mins, almost 1 million, chain of around 80, and another program popped up and killed it >_<

I'll give it another try.

If it loads quickly, Introversion could use this as a loading game for Darwinia.

A loading game is a small game that pops up while the game is loading so you don't waste two minutes of your life watching a bar go across.
