Crash after the officer training

[Hektik sniper]

Right after i finished the officer training and demoted one of the Darwinians back to a normal Darwinian. I pressed Alt to open up the gesture window and i got the error in the screen below:

Yes, I get exactly the same error. This is reproduceable. When I train an officer, have him selected (or select him in the gesture screen by ALT+TAB), the game crashes.
Note that this only happens in the gesture screen, as soon as I have that officer selected.

I also got this error right after the officer training but all I had to do to receive it was bring up the Task Manager.

I also get the error, after releasing the Alt key, but only when there are existing tasks in the manager, such as a squad or an engineer. If there are no tasks, the task manager disappears as normal and the game continues.

After having a lot of my men get stuck in a movement loop (which I'll report elsewhere,) I was forced to promote all of these men to a officer, move them to a safe spot, then demote them, one by one. After promoting and moving about 6 in a row without demoting, the game crashed to desktop.

Again, same error as most everyone else: Going to the guesture screen while having an officer selected caused a crash. After the stock crash message, there was an error regarding a specific memory address that could not be written.

Same here, after doing the officer gesture then demoting then clicking on the radar (also posted in another post thought it was the same thing :S)

The game locked completly had to do Ctrl Alt Dlt and end Darwinia.exe.

This same thing has happened to me and I have reproduced it many times now.

It seems to happen if I have more than one officer and some other program like a squad. If I then make another officer and press alt straight away, the game crashes:
