Surfaced Subs

I'm pretty sure someone made something similar to this before but I couldn't find it. Anyway, here is a mod which makes it more obvious that a sub is surfaced. Remember though, that as soon as a sub stops launching it will look submerged but wont actually be safe until it switches to Passive Sonar Mode.

INSTALLATION:
Windows users, extract into your Defcon directory.
Mac users, extract into ~/Library/Application Suupport/DEFCON/
