Multiwinia Tin Defaults - Official

Postby martinmir » Wed Sep 24, 2008 3:49 pm

We would like to apologise to customers who purchased a limited edition pack from the Introversion Store to only find it slightly dented.

We are currently dealing with this issue and will keep you updated with the plans for replacements.
The tins are being delivered in shape but are being slightly damaged through transit.

Keep posted for updates.

Thanks

The Introversion Team

Mine has really suffered from the transportation...

Why don't you use a more serious packaging ? I mean, when you see the tin, you automatically know that it won't survive a trip by post...

I'm a bit disappointed to be perfectly honest, because the collector edition is really great, but the packaging isn't really great, bubblewrap is not enough to send fragile products like that ! Or at least put a fragile sticker on it ! :(

Hey Rainingblood, this is a thread to announce that they're already on to it, so how's about cutting IV a little slack while they figure out how to fix us up?

I got three tins (one for myself, one for Mas, and one for Rkiver, though I think his should have gone direct to him ^^;) One of them was pretty much in perfect condiiton, the 2nd in good nick, only a slight bump, and the third with a bit of a bigger dent on the bottom left, nothing too major though. Boxes probably would have been best for them. ^^;

Hehe, speaking of DGs in the wild:

The extra foamwinians are from Rkiver's and Mas' tins, I'm babysitting them until they can be given to their true owners. I will miss them greatly! *sniff*

They're climbing up because they want to watch Ultraviolet. And who wouldn't...

Minor dents out here in Sunny California, otherwise nothing to complain about.

Can't open the box too much since whenever I do I'm hit by a the overwhelming 'new box' odor...

Some dents here in The Netherlands. Not as bad as in the pictures above, but not too nice to look at either. Too bad, because I really like the box otherwise (not to mention the contents!). Good thing you guys are looking into it :)

Because you are not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You are the same decaying organic matter as everyone else, and we are all part of the same compost pile.
