I have to admit, I'd kind of hoped for more of a single player campaign, so the backstory is a nice addition, it gives you an idea of what's going on, even if there isn't a campaign as such (although, any chance of creating one guys? Heck, you could just string together some of the multiplayer maps with a narrative inbetween and I'd be satisfied).
OK, so maybe I should just get with the program and actually play online, but I tend to be time strapped and can't guarantee I'll stay for a whole game often, and I hate to be a quitter, so single player is where I find myself more often.

I would have thought that the reason the good doctor isn't interfeering is because he made Darwinia to simulate life and if he stoped them from fighting he wouldn't be able to use it to get a better understanding of humans hisrtory and were we are going. Or at least thats what I would guess this is all about right?
