So Mac Uplink Is Virtually Unplayable

Postby groberts1980 » Sat Sep 03, 2011 9:24 pm

I just started playing Uplink on Mac via Steam, and I'm having all kinds of problems. Crashes when going back and forth from full screen to non-full screened. When I finish a mission and reply, attach file & send, I'm getting responses saying 'You didn't seem to attach the file." Happens over and over. Has anybody else experienced this? Are there any updates I need to apply, or would they automatically apply via Steam?

I expierience this problem aswell, I usually just spam the message in game untill it works. I wonder if it is an operating system related problem...

Are you absolutely sure it's the right file?

Normally the message "You don't appear to have attached the file." is given when the wrong file is attached.

Also updates apply automatically to Steam.

May I suggest you contact the Support directly.

I fear not many people on this forum have the Mac version of Uplink on Steam.

I don't think it's an OS related problem cause I play Uplink on Mac OS X without any problem... but my version it's not from steam.
The power is nothing without control.
