Frame a user for destruction of data - weird
I'm trying to do one of these missions.
I set up a chain of 5 or 6 servers and delete the data (cd usr & delete), then I modify the InterNIC log to point to the intended victim (and remove my access record). Then they arrest the guy - but I don't get paid because he was arrested for the wrong crime? What's the deal? This is the second or third time I've tried one of these, and I keep getting the same results - I am not caught, the victim is arrested, but for the wrong reason.
This is really frustrating.

Maybe I am getting you wrong, but you might want to try
cd usr
delete
cd log
delete
cd sys
delete
shutdown
And don't think they can't trace now, my experiences has shown out they always can...
And about the baby, you should watch out, dozens of people are driven to the baby inhabilitation centre around here.

good to know, i usually tried to disguise my logs in the system i hacked. i would delete everything except for the connection log event. that would just leave the connection event and the disconnect event in their logs. then i would clear the logs out at InterNIC. good to know that i dont need to worry about any logs except InterNIC now, that'll get me extra time.

If you use the new patch (1.47 I think) the bank tranfer missions work fine now
