i already have the game but i dont have the registration chart from the cd case is there any way to get that so i can play???

No. If you have the game, you should have got the codecard. If you were given the game without a codecard, complain to whoever you bought it from. If you lost the game, tough luck, you should take more care of your stuff

"Lost it in a move" is highly unoriginal, I've seen it used here about 5 times.

With, I might add, a 0% being-given-the-codecard rate.

Asking for the code card only gets you labeled a warez****.

Order another copy from Introversion and keep that card safe.

Yes. But he lost it. If you lose a CD, or DVD, or whatever, just because you bought it does not give you the right to steal another copy whenever you lose it.
