Stealing from a bank

So, as soon as I successfully steal 1500000 (the first time) or 500000 (the second time) I delete the log entry in the account saying it was transfered to me and then go and delete all the logs on one of the servers I used to bounce around in..... but I still get caught!  What am I doing wrong?  It doesn't make sense... I should be safe!  Please help me.

You not only have to delete the statement logs from the account your stealing from but also from your bank account statement.
