Over time almost all suggestions will probably be added to one mod or the other, have you ever seen the HUGE collection of Half Life mods? i'll bet you Uplink will have more.

No guarantees, but I'll look into it.

Just played the demo;  I've now ordered the game and dev CD.  When they come in I'll see how much work it would be.
