Its bio warfare come on dont you people know anything lol. Actally this could be fun if you have some zombie screams. While there citys are being trashed. Maybe on zoom in you can hear scearms and and gunfire? on the more heavyly hit citys

Where did you get the idea bio-warfare involves zombies?

Wow, nice avatar. Good thing I use a half decent browser which scales it down to a nice little grey line.

It's no worse than some of the other huge avatars I've seen.

Let me explain how the system has worked here in the past:
1) Someone posts an overly large avatar that is not properly scaled in IE (thanks to poor CSS support).
2) Forumites complain, and someone suggests that the avatar be changed/removed (this is where we are now).
3) Either the avatar is changed (go to step 9), or it is not (go to step 4).
4) NeoThermic, one of the board admins, is informed of the avatar, and messages the offending person.
5) Either the avatar is changed (go to step 9), or it is not (go to step 6).
6) NeoThermic removes the offending avatar.
7) Either the offending avatar is replaced with something equally offensive (go to step 8), or it is left unreplaced, or replaced with something reasonable (go to step 9).
8) The offending user is banned.
9) Everyone is happy.

If you see someone else using a huge avatar, it is incumbent upon you to reoprt it to NeoThermic, not to take it as premission to use a huge avatar, yourself. So, please, use a smaller avatar.

Actually we skip a few steps, I'm in a very bad mood and thus I've just done the simple action of removing the avatar and the permissions to even have an avatar. You wanted size restrictions? How's that one feel?
