Best score without upgrading?

Whats the best score people have achived, without ever upgrading there inital hardware?

I have never checked the actual score, but I have been able to get enough money to roll my bank account over to negative numbers (this is a result of the way integers work in computers), with an unpatched game this would translate into a huge score as money was a major part of the score criteria. This was done without up grading my gateway or externally editing the usr file other "cheating". It would be interesting to see what that score would be, may have to do it again to see. :)

So can you spend so much that you end up with lotsa cash after overdrawing, a lot?

I think he can wait 1 month until Uplink charges him 300C, and then he will start from the largest positive number. but i don't remember what happens when someone has negativeC.
